With our collaborators we presented the poster “THEIA: A Compact Underwater Multispectral Imaging System” 🤖🌊 at the Hellenic Robotics Forum, organized by HERON – Hellenic Robotics Center Of Excellence in Athens on July 1-2nd.
The poster presents work developed in the framework of the SANTORY Project and the NEXTMARINE project, where PLOATECH in collaboration with the National Technical University of Athens, the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research and the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens contributes to underwater technology and imaging solutions for challenging marine environments. THEIA brings together compact multispectral and 3D imaging to support more detailed underwater observation, including deep-seafloor mapping and habitat assessment.
